This knowledge transfer provides an understanding of how to demonstrate compliance of the electrotechnical fire safety systems within a building to relevant parties such as fire risk assessors, building authorities, fire authority, health and safety executive, and insurers.
It covers the industry landscape post the Grenfell tragedy and how subsequent investigations and enquiries identified systematic failings in the construction of buildings. Identifying defects introduced by these industry failings, and how best to manage and claim in relation to these latent defects, forms part of this course.
Anyone responsible for building safety, occupant safety, and resident safety. Health and safety, compliance, and Premises Managers are among those who will benefit.
